RETURNS

All Lithe products have been designed to provide you with a satisfactory experience, but if you are not satisfied with any of them, don't worry, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase through www.litheapparel.com

All products must be unused and with the original labels to be able to proceed with their return. We only process returns of purchases made through www.litheapparel.com

We will only pay for the return shipping cost if we have had a fault with the order or if any of the products are missing or damaged when you receive them.

In all other cases, the customer will bear the return costs. To make a return, write to us at info@litheapparel.com to provide us with the necessary information and the reason for the return. We will process the return as quickly as possible. The shipping address is:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost items.

Lithe does not provide return labels. All returns will be made through the original payment method.

Lithe currently does not offer exchanges, you can make a return to get your money back as indicated above.

WARRANTY

We are very proud of the quality of our products but in the case of socks and underwear it can be very difficult to determine the use they have been put to because they suffer more than other types of clothing.

We will be very happy to exchange the products if they have a manufacturing fault, that means it is not a fault produced by use, within 30 days of purchase.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SOCKS

We only produce high quality socks with the best materials so that they feel great and last longer than a normal sock, however you need to take care of a couple of details, please:

Wash them inside out, avoid bleaching, tumble drying and ironing. Air dry them.
