These General Conditions of Use and Sale regulate the Conditions of sale and use of the website www.litheapparel.com, owned by Aesthetic Clothing Company SL and the conditions of purchase of products and contracting of services offered through the Website.
The Website is an online marketing platform for Products and Services offered by Aesthetic Clothing Company SL, a Spanish company, with address at Calle Antonio García Martín 3, 2ºJ, 09007 Burgos, with CIF number B09586603.
By accepting these Conditions of Use and Sale, the user agrees to become a client of Lithe and their data will become part of the "web users" file of said company, and the treatment of these files will be in accordance with the provisions of the Policy Of privacy.

About Products and Services

Some campaigns may be subject, in addition to these Conditions of Use and Sale, to particular conditions of sale. These particular conditions of sale will always be accessible to the Client through a link in the campaign itself together with the description of the Product.
Product Prices
The price of the Products will always be clearly detailed on the Website. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the Products. These are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of requesting the order.
The price and conditions of the Products offered may vary over time, but in any case, for a specific order, the price and conditions indicated when the Customer placed the order will always govern.
We reserve the right to charge the order from the moment it is received.
Purchase of Products and formalization of orders
The purchase of Products by the Client through the Website is carried out following the procedure established in the "Order Form" section.
In order to place an order, the Customer must be at least 16 years of age. If the Client is under 14 years of age, we cannot accept any personal information.
When the Client finalizes his order, we will send him an email with the number and details of his order.
In the event that there is a problem with the delivery of the content of the order, we will contact the Client as soon as possible to inform him of the situation and suggest a solution.
The Customer may cancel the order at any time and at no additional cost, as long as it has not been collected and/or shipped.
The product will only be reserved at the time of the payment process, not when adding an item to the basket.
Lithe will send to the Customer's email, within 24 hours of receipt of the order formalization by the Customer, an email acknowledgment of receipt and confirmation of the purchase made.
Payment of Products
We accept payments via PayPal and most debit and credit cards. You should only use the card if you are the cardholder. By placing an order you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card. Payments by card are subject to validation and security checks by the card issuing entity and any other terms imposed by the issuing entity. If the issuing entity does not authorize the payment, we will not accept your order.
If we do not have enough stock, we will notify you by email or phone and your credit or debit transaction will be canceled and no charge will be made. We will do this as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date. We will not be responsible for any compensation if the products you order are not available for any reason.
Return of orders
The Customer may cancel the Order at any time and at no additional cost, as long as it has not been collected and/or shipped. In any case, the Client has the right to return the Order during the 30 days following the purchase made through www.litheapparel.com
All products must be unused and with the original labels to be able to proceed with their return. With the exception of underwear, which cannot be returned under any circumstances, due to obvious hygiene issues.
We only process returns of purchases made through www.litheapparel.com
We will only pay for the return shipping cost if we have had a fault with the order or if any of the products are missing or damaged when you receive them. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return costs.
To make a return, write to us at info@litheapparel.com to provide us with the necessary information and the reason for the return. We will process the return as quickly as possible.

Responsibility
The scope of Our liability in the event of a breach of contract, negligence or any other legal liability associated with the products, this contract or otherwise, is limited to a value of three times the price of the Products subject to such liability, that have been paid by the Client to Us and any foreseeable loss as a direct consequence of a breach of contract on Our part.
Unless expressly stated elsewhere, we shall not be liable for any indirect or special loss that occurs as a consequence or effect of loss, damage, or otherwise that may have been previously anticipated.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
loss of benefits, loss of income or billing, loss of savings, loss of information, loss of ability to use money.
Some of the Products we sell may not be suitable for practicing a specific sport or activity. Therefore, you must be the one who determines which items are best suited to the practice of the sport or activity you want to practice.
Modification of the Conditions of Use and Sale
Lithe Apparel reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Policy.
Clients and Users will always have these Conditions of Use and Sale in a visible place, freely accessible for as many queries as they wish to make.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract will be interpreted and will be governed in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
This contract has been originally written in Spanish and the user accepts that the Spanish version of this document will prevail over any version of it in another language.
The parties agree, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Burgos (Spain).
